Metallica Announce Fall Tour
Our fingers are crossed real hard for Metallica's Death Magnetic to be the comeback album that returns them to pre-"Black Album" form. The record comes out September 12 via Warner Bros., and all the band's live shows before then are in Europe.
Planning for Death's success, Metallica have announced more than a few North American tour dates [via Rock & Roll Daily]. The tour begins in Glendale, Arizona on October 21 and features Lamb of God, Down, Machine Head, and the Sword as openers on various dates.
For now, the band will finish up those European dates, the next of which is August 14 in Arras, France.
