Alright...banjo and harmonica and string and submarine lovers rejoice...THIS IS YOUR SONG!! It's a pretty song by the pretty 70s band America. Sounds a lot like NEIL YOUNG & CROSBY, STILLS & NASH...so no points in originality, but I like the song and the title.

for those that dont know, i moved to Auckland a couple months ago, and since i got here, ive heard people tell me about this huge music store thats apparently downtown... from what i hear, its the size of Barns and Nobles, FULL OF JUST MUSIC. so my friend Carly said on friday, we're going there... an alll week i feel like a kid about to go to six flags or even the candy store... im so excited im going to take my camera.then post pictures.then brag.then watch as i get zer... I was watching CNN this morning and saw a commercial for Here and Now. Man, I've totally forgotten about America! Even with a stun gun to my temple I couldn't have told you who sang "Sister Golden Hair" but yet, I hear a clip and I'm thinking, wow, that's one of my favorite songs! I grew up with Ventura Highway, Horse With No Name, etc. but I guess the music data base in my brain replaced America with more (at the time) relevent bands like Supertramp, Pink Floyd, etc......
