It's no secret that I love lists. I spent most of my childhood making lists of the Top this or the Best that-I probably should have gotten a job as a statistician instead of doing what I do now. I like the forensic aspect of it-particularly in regards to lists about music or pop culture. No two opinions are alike, so there will always be a sense of "How come he's all the way up there?" or "How come she was omitted?"

There's a new compilation of Aretha duets in stores now, but you can skip that. Aretha Franklin is set to release a new album titled Jewels In the Crown: All Star Duets with The Queen. Other artists appearing alongside Aretha will be Keith Richards, Whitney Houston, Annie Lennox, George Michael, Mariah Carey, Frank Sinatra, Mary J Blige, John Legend and Fantasia.
