Yet another myeverpresentpast exclusive, new song from The Killers. The funny thing we were listening to The Killers on the radio this weekend and I was mocking them. Besides the acoustic version of "Mr. Brightside," their cover of Dire Straits "Romeo & Julliet" and "Read My Mind" I never really understood the success of The Killers. The Killers are back. The brand new single "Human", the first track from the band's 4th studio album Day & Age debuted yesterday worldwide. The single will be available digitally next Tuesday September 30.

The Killers have mapped out a tour of the UK and Ireland set for next year. The band are set to kick off the jaunt, in support of their forthcoming about ‘Day And Age’, on February 20 in Dublin.

A lot of radio stations premiered The Killers' Human and by nature, leaks are all over the internet. Sam's Town was brought to shambles (even I, the most earnest Killers fan have to agree) by various negative feeback from critics, but their recent album, Sawdust was good. Tranquilize was beyond amazing. Leave the Bourbon on the Shelf was, too. In this fashion, The Killers tries to continue their streak with Human. The Killers have been keeping a low profile this summer, barely hitting any festivals as they put the finishing touches on the follow-up to 2006's Sam's Town. The Killers have revealed the album cover for Day and Age which is released at the end of November. The cover was designed by artist Paul Normansell . I think it's very cool, let me know what you think!

The Killers are teaming up with Elton John for a forthcoming holiday single, reports The Sun . The track, which has yet to be recorded, is slated for release in December and will be titled ‘Joseph, Better You Than Me ‘. This is not the first time the Las Vegas band releases a Christmas single, past releases include 2006’s ‘A Great Big Sled ‘ and last year’s ‘Don’t Shoot Me Santa ‘.

The new Killers single, Human, went on sale today. It is hands-down the best Killer’s song I’ve heard since their debut album Hot Fuss.
